CRA Office Space Lease

The Gainesville Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking a tenant for its first floor office space located at 802 NW 5th Avenue, Suite 100. The finished space has approximately 1,715 sq. ft., including two offices, conference room, flexible space, storage room and kitchenette.  Parking is available on NW 8th street and in the City-owned parking lot to the west of the building.   

The space will be available January 1, 2016.

Expected lease terms are up to three years with a minimum base rent of $10.38 sq. ft. plus sales tax and property tax with a 3% annual increase to the base rent.

Preference is for a dynamic technology startup or similar venture that would draw numerous employees, clients and business partners to the location during and beyond business hours, thus, serving to promote awareness and contribute to the culture of the Fifth Avenue neighborhood.  

Responses are due by 3:00 p.m. on September 30, 2015.
